Granville Island Engagement Wander: Amy and Julien

I had the pleasure of doing an engagement shoot for Amy and Julien, whose wedding is coming up at the end of May! I’m really looking forward to shooting their wedding!

Main Street Hang Out – Celebrating Engagement: Adrienne and Andrew

What a lovely hang out I had with Adrienne and Andrew this past Sunday. I hesitate to call it an engagement photo session – because we were having so much fun and it became more of a hang out than anything else. I couldn’t stop Adrienne from laughing (which was great!) – I couldn’t ask for a more natural couple.

Congratulations Adrienne and Andrew! You’re just too cute and lovey!

Krysta + Aaron

From the first time I met Aaron and Krysta, I can tell how well they work together as a team. Aaron’s reassuring presence watches over Krysta, and Krysta in turn looks after Aaron. What an awesome team!

We had the Engagement Session on a gray sky day at Jericho Beach. We were lucky to have taken the opportunity to shoot in the morning, because rain soon started to pour for the afternoon!

Apparently the date that we shot the session was “pi” day (March 14 -=3.14). For those who didn’t know pi is a mathematical constant that has never ending decimals. And the tradition is that you would eat pie on pi day – which I thought makes total sense! Both Krysta and Aaron were looking forward to finding some pie after our session.
