Many people close to me knows that I have been doing Crossfit now for over a year and a half. As you would hear from Corey’s video below, Crossfit definitely changed the way I look at fitness. The results I got from Crossfit is above and beyond anything that I have ever done.

Last week, I was made very happy to receive a phone call from an old colleague who asked me if I would be willing to capture the quarterly corporate event for my former company. Of course I did! I was thrill to see all the old friends again and even happier to be able to be on the other side and capture this day for them.

Apparently, within 2 hours of the posting of the video on the internal site, the video has gotten more than 200 views and it ended at the 2nd most viewed video of the day!
