It’s been a long time since my last post – no I have not disappeared from Vancouver! Lumeo Studio has been busy last fall doing a series of corporate work. Unfortunately because of the nature of the work, they are not appropriate for posting online to share. It’s been a fantastic experience and I’m excited to be doing more similar type of work in 2012!
In the meantime, something exciting also happened last Fall – my husband and I found out we are pregnant and we are expecting our first baby in late April! We are both very excited and I plan on continuing my normal routine until delivery. In fact, I have a video shoot with 3 classes of pre-school kids next week, similar to these videos I did last summer – totally looking forward to it!
What an absolutely amazing wedding last weekend on the Gabriola Island! The minute I walked through Abby’s parent’s place and met her I could feel the warmth and energy of the family.
The Dragon’s Lodge on Gabriola Island is a hidden gem – the property has stunning scenery. Our wedding party was awesome and we couldn’t ask for a more handsome couple to photograph. I feel so lucky!
A few highlights from the day: Abby’s GORGEOUS pink wedding dress and smoking hot Michael Kors blue heels; a massive bold eagle flew across the sky over head just as Abby and David had their first kiss and pronounced husband and wife; 4 super cute nieces as flower girls; really genuine beautiful speeches (which made me cry!)…too many memorable moments to count!
